Adjunct Instructor, Human Rights Practice

I am the arts and culture producer for Arizona Illustrated at Arizona Public Media, where I make short documentary films about art, music, food, and culture. I am also a painter and multi-media artist, and a human geographer. I received my MA in Philosophy from Stanford University, my MFA in film from San Francisco Art Institute, and my PhD in geography from the University of Arizona. I have written on social and economic human rights and the associated duties. I also have written on using film as a research method while doing research on refugees well-being.
