Graduate Enrollment Counselor

Andrew Nicolopoulos joins the college as the Enrollment Counselor for all online graduate programs within SBS. Andrew will be the point of contact for prospective online graduate students from the inquiry stage until they are submitted applicants. His role includes partnering prospective students via referral, through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Slate and GradSlate with faculty or program coordinators as well as working with students, faculty & staff leadership to better understand recruitment needs, student needs, and increase interest in online graduate programs.

Andrew is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He brings over ten years of experience in admissions and recruitment, with an emphasis on student involvement and community engagement. After passionately pursuing non-profit work with an emphasis on veteran communities, he received a Congressional Award for his work with veterans in the Greater Los Angeles area in 2017.

Andrew is of Greek and Japanese descent, born and raised in Southern California and a US Navy veteran who has traveled extensively throughout the US and internationally. In his free time, Andrew enjoys running marathons and finished 3rd overall in the Mary Kay 5K Inland Empire Run with over 1200 competitors. He recently relocated to Tucson with his wife and two small children and is committed to providing a safe and constructive environment for students to excel on their pathways to success.
